  • FSSAI Basic Registration (for small food businesses)

    Eligibility: Annual turnover of up to Rs. 12 lakhs. Required Documents: -Passport-sized photograph of the applicant -Proof of identity (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) -Proof of address (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) -Business address proof (utility bills, rent agreement, etc.)

  • FSSAI State License (for medium-sized food businesses)

    Eligibility: Annual turnover between Rs. 12 lakhs and Rs. 20 crores. Required Documents: -Passport-sized photograph of the applicant -Proof of identity (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) -Proof of address (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) -Business address proof (utility bills, rent agreement, etc.) Form B duly completed and signed -List of food products to be handled/manufactured -Blueprint/layout plan of the processing unit -List of equipment and machinery used along with the number and installed capacity -Photo ID and address proof issued by the Government authority of the proprietor/partner/directors -List of directors/partners/proprietors with their full address and contact details -Analysis report (chemical & bacteriological) of water to be used as an ingredient in food -Proof of possession of premises (sale deed, rent agreement, etc.) -Partnership deed/affidavit of proprietorship -NOC and copy of the license from the manufacturer (in case of a repacker) NOC from the municipality or local body -Supporting documents for proof of turnover and transportation -Declaration form
