    PAN card of the business or proprietor.

  • Aadhaar Card

    Aadhaar card of the proprietor, partners, or directors.

  • Proof of Business Registration

    Sole Proprietorship: PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor. Partnership Firm: Partnership deed. LLP: Certificate of Incorporation and LLP agreement. Company: Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association (MoA/AoA). Trust/Society: Registration certificate and trust deed or society deed.

GST: Step-by-Step Guidelines

1. Go to the official GST portal: GST Portal. 2. Click on the “Services” tab. 3. Select “Registration” from the dropdown menu. 4. Click on “New Registration.”

1. Select the New Registration Option 2.Fill in the Required Details 3.Fill in the details, verify via OTP, and get a TRN.

Log in with TRN. Complete Part-B of the form: Business Details, Promoters, Authorized Signatory, Principal Place of Business, 1.Additional Places, Goods/Services, Bank Accounts. 2.Upload required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, proof of business address, bank details, etc.). 3.Submit the application.

1.Verify using DSC, e-Sign, or EVC. 2.Submit for processing.

1.Get Application Reference Number (ARN) via SMS and email. 2.Track application status using ARN.

1.GST officer reviews application and documents. 2.Provide additional information if requested.

Approved application receives GST Identification Number (GSTIN) and registration certificate.

1.Log in to the GST portal with GSTIN. 2.Update profile if needed. 3.File GST returns regularly and maintain records.
